The Queens Arms Pub and Dining Room
The Queens Arms in Pimlico is a little London gem, a lovely gastro pub on two floors presided over by Emma, and by Tom and his team in the kitchen. It’s a very busy pub on the ground floor and, whatever happens, make sure you venture up the winding staircase (it does – this is not poetic license) to what we like to think of as one of the prettiest gastro pub dining rooms in all London.
Fabulous fresh food based on what’s in season – come and have the ‘2 Courses for £10’ lunch which must offer some of the best value around. Toms' food is truly excellent: try the risotto or the lamb shank or indeed any of the daily changing dishes, or a delicious sandwich with a pint of well kept ale.
The Queens Arms is close to Victoria (a five minute walk to ‘Wicked’, if you want to know), has lots of pavement seating, can do you an excellent private party upstairs if you should so desire and is, to quote a regular, ‘the perfect addition to Warwick Way – my local pub and my local restaurant all rolled into one’.
